Do you cover the entire world?

Virtual Party! Radio can only be accessed from the UK, USA and Canada. As of right now those are the only countries our music licences cover.

How many events can you do at once?

We build the station to your specific needs, so we can run as many as necessary.

Could I use this for a live event?

We can accommodate virtual and live events. Just hook up your sound system to a computer and push play on the radio station.

How long do I have the radio station?

The station will run for the entire calendar month. You could program the station as a lead up to the event at the event as well as post event.

Couldn't I just hire a DJ to play through Twitch of YouTubeLive?

You could but the DJ would require music licenses from every country that the event is being broadcast in as well as having to adhere to the DMCA rules and regulations if it is being heard in the United States.

Why can't I just play music in the background of my event?

There are a couple of reasons to go with a service like this. First, you need pay for the rights to broadcast the music which we cover for the UK, USA and Canada.  Second, as an event planner you have enough on your plate to have to worry about setting up the music and what type of music and how to play that music. You were hired because you know what you are doing. It's the same reason to hire Virtual Party Radio.

Can I add professionally produced ads to be played on the station?

The agreement we have with the radio station provider does not allow "professional ads" to be played but sponsored ads read by the station DJ's is completely allowed. You provide the wording and we read them on the air.

Can I change the music on the fly or add in shout outs?

It is not set up as a live DJ. We are an actual radio station that programs the songs for a particular set time period. Any changes need to be done at least 24 hours before the event.

Are the songs safe for all ages?

I'd say 99% of the songs are radio edits, though there may be a song or two that someone may be offended by, but of the thousands of songs in our data base there are only a couple that have some 'bad words'.
